The deadline for re-enrollment is January 17, 2020. Re-enrollment signed documents, including the Statement of Cooperation, must be received by January 24, 2020, to avoid the Late Returning Student Fee of $100 per student.
All siblings not currently enrolled at NRCA applying for K5-12th grade for the 2020-2021 school year must complete a New Student Application and return it to the Admissions Office no later than December 16, 2019. New student applications may be completed online from the Admissions page of NRCA’s website.
RE-ENROLLMENT PROCESS: To re-enroll an existing NRCA student(s), please follow the instructions below. The online re-enrollment process is NOW available.
- Access the re-enrollment page by clicking on the re-enrollment link on the home page of the school website at nrcaknights.com.
- Log in to PowerSchool with username and password that you created (by using the access ID and access password provided to you by the NRCA IT department). You must use your parent account to see re-enrollment information.
- Enter and verify the data as directed.
- Upon completion of the re-enrollment data, please PRINT and RETURN the created documents with payment (Full Payment Plan attach $552 per student or 12-Month Plan attach first Monthly Installment per student) to the NRCA Admissions Office by January 17, 2020. REMINDER: Both parents MUST SIGN the Statement of Cooperation.
GRADES K-12 TUITION INCREASE: As you can see in the tables above, NRCA is making every effort to continue advancing the academic programs while keeping overall costs down.
BUSINESS OFFICE INFORMATION: For families choosing the 12-Month Plan, there is no automatic bank draft in January. The check accompanying the re-enrollment documents replaces the automatic bank draft.
Families currently utilizing the 12-Month Plan do not need to complete another FACTS Agreement. All information from the current school year will be rolled over to the 2020-2021 FACTS Agreement. If a change needs to be made to this information, please contact Mrs. O’Neil in the Business Office at 919-573-7900 ext.7935.
If families currently using the Full Payment Plan change to the 12-Month Plan for the 2020-2021 school year, a FACTS Agreement confirmation page will need to accompany the re-enrollment documents and check. Re-enrollment cannot be accepted without the FACTS confirmation. The FACTS Agreement System for 2020-2021 is available on-line after December 1, 2019, at www.nrcaknights.com under the Admissions page. Be sure to select the 2020-2021 school year, as the current school year will still be active.
TUITION ASSISTANCE: Tuition Assistance Awards are based on the family’s demonstrated need as determined by FACTS Management Company (’FACTS’). FACTS is a third-party agency that makes financial needs assessments for schools. FACTS uses information supplied by the applicant to assess financial need. Applications can be made on-line at www.nrcaknights.com under the Admissions tab. Each award is made in the form of a discount on tuition and is for one year only, based on availability of funds and is awarded to returning families first. Families currently receiving tuition assistance need to reapply each year. The deadline for initial awards is March 31, 2020. Applications submitted after that date will be reviewed and awards will be based on the amount of assistance funds remaining.
